Anyone ever tried the Firehouse Grill in Peekskill? Does it really have a FD theme to it? Is it worth a try?

i was there for dinner tonight it does have a firehouse theme and the food is really good it is a great place to enjoy goodtimes

Agreed. Good food and yes there is a theme. I like the chili and they have some excellent burgers. But it's not just bar food. They have some good steaks and other dishes. The bar is just a plus. :angry:

Now if only they would keep the damn door in the dining room shut and make people come in the door to the parking lot. It gets COLD in there during the winter. Too bad the dining room isn't a little bigger, but you can always eat at the bar too.

Check it out. I think you'll like it. Also check out those money mailers you get each month. They usually have a coupon/ad in it.

They definatley do have excellent food, and the firehouse theme is mostly local, so if you walk in, you may just see something from your department hanging on the wall.

I have to reccomend getting the wings, BUT, unless you have cajones of steel, DO NOT GET THE "HAZ-MAT" WINGS. I love hot food, but trust me when I say stick with the "4-Alarm" if you want them hot, but edible.
