Time: approx. 2000 hrs

Location: N/B TSP, approx. 1 mile north of Bryant Pond Rd

Frequency: 46.38

Units Operating: Putnam Valley Fire and Ambulance, Mahopac Falls Fire and Ambulance, NYSP, Alamo Medics

Description Of Incident: 1 car rollover into wooded area. Arriving units found one male in vehicle with heavy entrapment. Pt. transported to WMC with serious injuries. Extrication approx. 15 - 20 min.
