Blimpies Coming To Mohegan....

New sandwich shop coming to Mohegan. Blimpies will open a store when they renovate Wal-Mart in the Cortlandt Town Center. On a sperate note, the renovation is to make Wal-Mart appear "more upscale"

I've only had Blimpies a couple times, it's like Subway, only much bigger and higher quality ingredients.

This is their first store in Westchester, I believe. The only other one was in White Plains, which I believe is now closed. It also marks the explosion of quick service sandwich shops in this county, with Subway and Quiznos both multiplying by the day.

Now if we could only get a "Firehouse Subs":

i Know that there is still one in new rochelle on the cornor of main st. and north ave. good food there

N 3rd Ave and E Prospect Ave in Mt Vernon has a Blimpies on the corner (This would be the southwest corner across from the Carvel, boy do I love ice cream...oh wait never mind). Also used to be one in Cross County but I don't know if it is still there. BLIMPIES RULES!!!!!!!!!!
