2112hrs-Millwood & Chappaqua dispatched dual-response to above location for a resported roll-over with possible extrication.

2114hrs-As per NYSP, confirmed entrapment.

2115hrs-Chappaqua VAC responding, as BMFD ambulance unavailable.

2116hrs-MFD R36 & BMFD E92 & R37 10-17.

2118hrs-Car 2251 advising (1) victim in the vehicle, unconscious. Accident is confirmed in Millwoods district.

2124hrs-E248 10-19.

2125hrs-E92 10-19, advised to block traffic coming onto the ramp.

2132hrs-Update from Car 2251 reports (1) victim still trapped, companies in the process of extricating. ALS Fly-Car on location, awaiting the arrival of Chappaqua EMS.

2136hrs-Car 2251 advising signal 10-30, patient has been extricated, being transported by Chappaqua EMS, companies in the process of picking-up.

2149hrs-As per Car 2251, all Millwood & Briarcliff units are clear.
