Description Of Incident: Full Response Box 151, Telephone report of a structure fire with people trapped on the floor above the fire. E-2 on scene reporting working fire on the #2 floor of a three story w/f multiple dwelling. Line stretched to the #2 floor with a back up to the floor above. Primary and secondary searches negative. E-4 assigned a RIT company. Fire held to apartment of origin. Recall transmitted at 1007 hours. Fire Marshal Division on scene for c/o determination. No reported injuries. Red Cross called to scene for relocation of displaced occupants.Last company (T-2) cleared scene at 1111 hours.
