Location: Hudson River off Rhinecliff dock X marshlands

Frequency:

Units Operating: Dutchess County Sheriff's, Rhinecliff FD, Ulster County FD's

Description Of Incident: Boating accident with (3) people in water- (1) of which found clinging to a buoy. Dutchess County Sheriff's Dept. removed all parties from river, unknown condition.
