1942hrs-Hillcrest FD & EMS dispatched to same for a reported roll-over MVA w/fire. Car 6-2 in service. 44-Control advising unknown if occupants got out of the vehicle.

1945hrs-NYSP advising unit en-route that they got a report of a white male walking on the parkway IAO Exit 12, unknown if it is the operator.
