2120hrs-44-Control dispatched Spring Valley FD (Dept. 17) to a possible structure fire at the above address. 17-1 responding, 44-Control advising caller stated #3 floor in the rear.

2123hrs-PD on scene reporting "fully involved" in the Courtyard. Now reported to be 140 W. Eckerson.

2124hrs-As per 17-1's request, Hillcrest FD (Dept. 6) dispatched, requested for their ladder to the scene.

2125hrs-17-1 on the scene, establishing command, confirming working structure fire. Address now confirmed as 140 W. Eckerson, Meadow Lane Apartments.

2127-Monsey FD (Dept. 7) requested for their FASTeam to the scene.

2129hrs-44-1 on the scene. 44-Control requesting 17-Command to switch to an alternate frequency "when they can."

2131hrs-7-Rescue in service. 44-Control alerting tones for Departments 17, 6 & 7 for all units to switch to frequency-3.

2135hrs-West Nyack FD (Dept. 24) & South Spring Valley FD (Dept. 25) toned out, request for (1) engine each to the scene.
