2245hrs-Peekskill PD units dispatched to Frost Ln. IAO the Bear Mountain Pkwy. for a suspicious male wheeling an unknown item down the road.

2248hrs-Car 254 in the area requesting additional units, suspect fled through the woods between Frost Ln. & the BMP with a power washer.

2250hrs-Car 254 advising power washer located, along with other items in the woods IAO Frost Ln. & Peggy Ln.

2305hrs-Numerous PPD units setting up perimeter attempting to locate suspect.

2313hrs-Car 253 advising he is out with a male fitting the suspects description on the 100 block of Bennefield Blvd. (between Main St. & the BMP).
