I am looking to buy a bigger compact flash card and i wanted to see if any1 had an input on good CF cards like price, quality and speed.

I use 512 mb CF cards I find the new one I got to be quick and good so far, on raw I get 90 pics on basic on small I get 1900 pics

Good deals right now is at Costco.

$99 for 1gb 80X from Lexar or $109 from B&H

$89 for 1gb Ultra II from Sandisk same at B&H

From what I can find out. The Lexar is about 12mb/sec and Sandisk 9mb/sec

Both these cards will hold up very well.

Another good place to get cards from is www.newegg.com. Fast shipping and good prices. I would go with a 1gb LEXAR or SANDISK card. With my camera at the highest .jpg setting I get about 300 pictures and about 100 on the RAW setting.

I would suggest getting a Sandisk Ultra II. There fast and dependiable. Best of all not too much $$$ Not sure what size you have now but dont get anything less then 512MB, I would recomend 1GB
