Time: heard incident around 1530HRS. unsure of actually time(will update with more info)

Location: intersection of White Plains Post Road and Prospect

Units: SVAC:A1 EVAC:57B1, 57B4 57M1 Trancare bus(unknow designation) Car:2102 E:27

Description: A van crashed into a utility pole, carrying 9 adults and possabley 1 child
