1815hrs: Car 2091 advising 10-75, Fire in the Basement of a 5 story "U" shaped Multiple Dwelling.

1819hrs: Car 2091 requesting Hastings Ladder 22, and Engine 45, along with one engine from Ardsley and a FASTeam from Irvington all to the scene.

1821hrs: Engine 48 First due, Starting the stretch.

1830hrs Car 2091 advising main body of fire K/D, Continue all units in.
