The "Hungry Cowboy" in Hartsdale?

Any of our members from Hartsdale know what the new eatery "The Hungry Cowboy", across from Engine 170's house is about? Any good?

Seems like that place changes hands/names/themes every couple of days. I miss when it was Sunnydale/Cumberland Farms.

How is MJY's? I stuck my head in there one day and all I saw was the Maitre' D dressed in a tuxedo. I felt underdressed so I left. How was the food? What's the dresscode like? What kind of occasion would you go there for? Causal Dinner or special night out?
