New Bedford Firehouse

I know this was a hot issue during the commisioners elections, but haven't heard any news lately....Are they going to be going foward with building their firehouse at a new location?

Also, though it's not the correct forum, while I'm here I might has well ask. I heard Bedford has a new ambulance on order?

I went by Bedford Village Firehouse yesterday, and as beautiful as it is, it is obviously outdated and obsolete. Everything is packed in there.

I am curious as well, does anyone in the Bedford area know the status of this project?
