15:31 - Congers Ambulance 1st and 2nd Rigs Told To Standby at Palisdes J LOT with ANY AVAILABLE PERSONEL

15:32 - New City Ambulance 1 Rig Needed To Palisades Center J Lot

15:35 - EMS Command Est. by Rockland Paramedics #2

15:43 - Fire Police Called from Dept 18 to Palisades Mall (other FDs are already standing by - times unkown)

15:44 - Nyack 398 (Nyack 1st Rig) back in service enroute to J Lot

15:47 - Medic 5 (Clarkstown Rockland Paramedic Unit) returning to EMS Command Center at J-Lot

17:00 - Medics and 105 Requested to 59 and Pal. Center Drive for an unkown med. call - mutual aide units still being called in for various incidents in area

17:08 - 201 (Clark. PD Disp) trying to raise EMS (BLS/ALS units) for a 125 (Med Emergency) near by Pal. Mall (2 Crossfield Ave)

18:50 - EMS Units Released - RPS 2 Told he can return to normal duties is disembark EMS Command -- FD Also told to return to normal status

18:55 - Mall Reopened

18:57 - Entrance Blocks Cleared as are all traffic posts (area traffic posts during such an evacuation include areas other then the mall - these include Route 59 & Waldron/Mountainview Ave along with other intersections)
