in operation. ( 1 ) multi - versal in operation. Con Ed is in the process

of shutting down the power to the bldg. Basement of the Fire Bldg. is flooded.

Exp. #4 basement is 1/2 flooded. Fire remains Doubtful.

Main body of fire has been extinguished. Still have ( 4 ) TowerLadders in operation.

( 2 ) multi - versal's operating. Con Ed has cut power to the bldg. Monitoring the

parapet walls for any collapse. All members have been withdrawn to safe area.

Fire is Still Doubtful.
