Cell Phone Photos Now Accepted

We're currently considering/developing an idea to display photos captured on a camera phone on the site.

Unfortunetly, the quality and size of these photos are not good enough to be displayed in the usual ways on the site. However, since it seems that some good shots are captured using these devices, if there are enough submissions, we may create a section just for these photos.

Does anybody actually use their cameraphones to take incident photos?

And what is the actual size and quality of these photos? How many megapixels?

I sent in pics of a fire in Purchase in January of this year. They were taken on a Nextel i860. The quality wasn't too bad, but they never got posted. If you have a camera phone, you'd always be prepared to take first hand pics. I'm not sure of the size once it's e-mailed though.
