Originally dispatched in Croton. Original responding assignment was E119, 55B2, R18. While responding, CFD units were advised that the call may be in Montrose. E119 was responding and continued in and was first on scene. E119 held CFDEMS and R18 in quarters, and turned command over to Montrose FD.

1143 Hrs. Croton FD and EMS dispatched Rt.9 NB 1/2 Mile North of Senasaqua for MVA Rollover

1145 Hrs. 60 Control Advising Croton units accident is now being reported North of the Montrose exit and dispatching additional appropriate agencies. Engine 119 Croton already responding

Approx. 1150 Hrs. Units on scene have one P/T ejected into median unconscious with serious head trauma and requesting Stat-Flight. Engine 119 holding on scene and holding all other Croton apparatus in quarters and turning command over to Montrose FD car 2271

1157 Hrs. 2271 on scene requesting StatFlight for MVA on Route 9. 60-Control advising 46.14 is busy with other StatFlight call (Briarcliff). 2271 advising LZ contact will be on 46.42

60 Control advising units operating will be getting NYSP Life Guard Helicopter

LZ will be 100 yards south of accident in SB Lanes. Highway being shut down

Approx. 1245 Hrs. Life Gaurd Helo is off ground and transporting 1 P/T to WMC
