At 1930 hrs: 12 (Pearl River), 17 (Spring Valley), 24 (West Nyack), 19 (Suffern) mutual aide:

Fast team from 12 (Pearl River)

Pumper and man power from 17 (Spring Valley) and 24 (West Nyack)

Pumper and Arial Ladder from 19 (Suffern) standby at 26-100

At 1935 hrs: Congers EMS Paged out (On Freq: 155.160 - Clarkstown EMS) to Standby At Haverstraw EMS HQ - units may have been told to switch over to 501 EMS Freq. unsure if they were notified of this - communication had static on it.

At 1947 hrs: 24-1 reports himself and 24-1600 standing by at 26-100 -- dept 19 and there Pumper are standing by as well at the same location: 44-Control Relays Message to 26-Command

At 1948 hrs: 19-Arial Ladder Truck at 26-100

At 1950 hrs: 44-Control Dispatch Relays to 26 Command (Thiells Command) that: 17-1 and 17-2 (Chiefs) and 17-750 are standing by at 26-102

At 2038 hrs: Communication is heard however only the 44-Control side can be heard - Communication is as follows "44 Controls On 26 Command Go With Your Message" <<MESSAGE??>> "Control Copies Direct 2038hrs"

At 2158 hrs: Congers EMS (Amb. 243) Released From Standby As Per Haverstraw PD (Station 501) - advisement made on 201 EMS due to Haverstraw EMS not answering radios

At 2203 hrs: 26 Command Advised that O&R Underground Electric is enroute ETA 20 to 30 min.
