Highland Engine Co. # 1 175th Anniversary Parade Aug 13

The Highland Engine Co. #1 will host its 175th Anniversary Parade on August 13, 2005 in Cornwall, NY. Over 30 departments are already participating and there will be plenty of food and entertainment. Wed Aug 10 8:00pm - Band Concert by the Franklin Band of Franklin, NJ at the Cornwall Town Hall with fireworks display following the concert

Thur Aug 11 6:00pm - Firefighters Open House at Highland Eng. Co. 1 - Food by Schlesinger's Steak House of New Windsor

An evening of fun and entertainment is planned.

Sat Aug 13 - The 175th Anniversary Parade

Lineup: 12:00 Noon

Parade Start: 1:00 PM

Trophies will be awarded at 6:00 PM

The route of the parade will start on Main Street by the traffic circle infront of Highland Eng. Co. 1

The parade will end at the New York Military Academy fields off 9W. The parade route is about 2.25 miles long.
