Now I am really confused.... I knew that I had seen the GMC Sanford listed as a Patrol somewhere..... in the 75th Anniversary Journal for TFD, it is listed as Patrol 19!!!!!!!!!!!! The 1949 ALF is listed as Engine 88.

I added Armonk as Patrol 6 and Dobbs Ferry as Patrol 17.....

North White Plains has Patrol 1 with a 1939 Ward Lafrance which is now our antique.  The origainal bill of sale says .....with "Patrol Body" and our 1985 GMC light rescue until the county changed to NFPA apparatus designations.  I will try to gte some pics...

Answers to a few from a while ago...

Jeep 1.... Ran out of Millwood Station 1 until sometime in the 70's. It was donated or purchased by the late Louie Polcari (ex chief) and spent years at his garage (Shell station at TSP/RT100) Last time I heard about it, it was at one of his son's houses in Putnam unrestored but complete with ladder rack and trailer with 200+ gal water tank.

Millwood is also dispatched off 33.96 and simulcast off 46.26. My dept is a 46.26 dept, but during the day I'll head over to big jobs in Millwood... I have a Millwood crystal in my 46.26 pager... Works like a charm.

Millwood's 1957 "B" Mack was a tandem axel 1500gal enclosed cab 5 man pumper. Repowered to a non-turbo diesel about 20 years ago and power assist was added and crash box 5 speed replaced with an Allison. It's designation was E-245 not E-246 (that was the 1968 GMC Midi pumper that also wore MA-10 & R-36 before being retired) E-245 sold to collector in Dutchess and replaced with T-15. Millwood's Telesquirt was renamed from TS-2 to E-245 about 4 years ago when the county did away with alternate ladder names.

Does that mean that I get to ask a question... If so.... Who is the only dept. North of I-287 to operate 3 aerial devices simulaniouslly.

Here's another quicky that somone out there may know.... It's NOT Westchester trivia..... What Department (Hint it's within 200 miles of Westchester) has the only fire truck to be dedicated and endorsed by a US President.

Chris498's got it.... E-250 (The old TS-3) and the two ladders. Ossining only operates 2 ladders (41, 42).

Any takers on my other question.... Who's got the only Fire Truck in the US offically endorsed and dedicated by a US President while he was in office. What is it... Year, model etc.

Sorry res20que though it might be interesting... didn't realize that the "westchester" part of the trivia was in concrete... Lots of people know about historical "B" model Macks around the country so I thought that the answer would come quickly.... Great guess though on Roosevelt
