The new Engine 25 reported for duty today from the dealer on Long Island to the mechanic shop at station 1. After radios, lettering, etc., will be in service in a few weeks.
 
The "Northern Star" runs with such truck items as extrication equipment, a vent fan, a little giant and a 35' ladder. All this on a class A, 500 gallon/2000 GPM Spartan pumper. Long may you run -
