60 Control New "Out" Frequency?

Just got asked this question....can anyone answer?

 there are 6 pairs of frequencies for the trunked system, each pair makes up a channel, one freq is  a repeater "in" and the other freq is  a repeater "out"- (the one you hear), for each channel.

    The system assigns a channel each time you key the radio- this occurs during the chirp you hear.

    The system has until recently  always had a preference for one freq in particular, 470.550. That was changed to one of the other "out" frequencies.  All of them are available online. Does anyone know what the new "out" freq is?
