0453hrs-Vails Gate alerted for the MVA, car reportedly suspended in the air, 25 Blooming Grove Tpke.

VGFD Car-1 arrived with NWPD to find a vehicle off the roadway, resting on top of other vehicles, with the driver ejected.

R480 was directed to assist EMS and to secure the vehicle.

E478 was originally requested to set-up an LZ (Medivac declined due to weather).

E479 was re-directed to Station-1.
