2344hrs- Tanker 20 on scene reporting heavy fire, Signal 12 (2nd Alarm). Req. M/A FAST, Engine and Tower Ladder on arrival.

2347hrs- M/A to scene Monsey (Dept. 7) FAST and Engine, 7-1-02, Suffern for 19-Tower, 19-1-02 all to scene.

2348hrs- M/A South Spring Valley (Dept. 25) to scene with Engine.

0003hrs- Suffern Engine 19-12-50 to hit hydrant in front of building. M/A Suffern additional Engine and manpower to scene.

0006hrs- Building is reportedly fully involved with exposure problems.

0013hrs- M/A Suffern 19-EQ to scene. CMD pulling members away from building due to unknown type chemicals involved.

0014hrs- Sloatsburg (Dept. 15) Manpower to stage at Wal Mart. Setting up additional exposure lines.

0019hrs- M/A Upper Saddle River, NJ to scene responding to Cherry Ln. X Route 59.

0020hrs- M/A Monsey 7-Tower to Cherry Ln. X Route 59.

0022hrs- M/A Hillburn (Dept. 5) and Mahwah, NJ to cover. CMD reports very heavy fire in a 100 X 150 commercial with extension to the yard.

0050hrs- M/A Blauvelt (Dept. 1) for 1-patrol and manpower and Nanuet (Dept. 8) for manpower to scene. Still have heavy fire conditions with (4) tower ladders and numerous exterior lines in operation.

0130hrs- Collapse of fire building. Exposures have been protected. Co's working on numerous pockets of fire, prolonged op's.
