Description: Worker fell on barge, and broke his leg with an open fracture. Patient is stable and Empress is treating and packaging. Patient is located on the ship approx 30 feet above  pier level. High angle rope system rigged by YFD to lower patient to ambulance.

 

16:56  Patient has been lowered, in care of EMS enroute to Jacobi, all units picking up.
