Yes, 4 jobs on the Thruway along with one just off the Thruway. Heres the rundown:

First call for an accident at mile 5.8 northbound. Turns out to be a two Tractor trailor accident, E21 E24, R4, 30A1, 2302 assigned.

Second call just as units were leaving at mile 5.0 northbound. Reported MVA rollover. Same units as above with L13 added, 2302 on scene rather quickly reporting 10-20 response, rollover with all occupants out.

While units still responding to second call, third call came in with reported car fire at the toll plaza. E23 dispatched, 2302 telling 60 to keep E25 up north and E21 able to break free from second call. Turned out to be another TT accident.

As soon as units cleared and were back in their districts, third call for MVA on Main St at I95. PD reporting 3 cars. E24, E21, 30A2, 2302. 66A1 (TMLVAC) put on standby for possible multiple injuries and then directed to the scene.

During that accident, E23 with 38M1 (Pelham Medic) and another New Rochelle FD company dispatched to investigate an MVA on I95 southbound near the Chatsworth Ave entrance with apparent child with neck injuries.

66B1 (TMLVAC) was also in the city of New Ro covering several other EMS calls.

E22 and L12 were covering the City of Mt Vernon while all this went on. Mt Vernon was working a fire at the time. 2302 checked the status of those units when he picked up from Main St. They were both enroute back to New Ro at that time.

This all started with the rain, which goes to show how bad the roads can be during those first few minutes.

Sorry ems-buff,

I may have a broken leg and ankle but there was just too much goin on on my scanner to keep every detail and then get here to write it up. LOL. Between the Mt Vernon job and trying to keep some friends updated on the action, it was nearly overwhelming. Hobbling around the house isnt too easy either.

Ill try to keep notes next time.
