Katonah-Bedford Hills VAC Takes Delivery Of A 2016 Ford F-450/Lifeline Type I

The Ford F-450 chassis is becoming popular in Westchester. I worked in an agency that had a 2012 GMC (van chassis) Type III and a 2009 Ford F-450 4x4 Type I (Pickup chassis). The Ford F-450 was better suited to handle the increasing weight of today's modules, handled and turned better, and the 4x4 came in handy several times.  The cab is much more comfortable and quitter, and the engine is also easier to access, making maintenance quicker.
