Tarrytown PD's New Car 60 Featuring New Graphics

Tarrytown PD has placed this 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV into service as Car 60, which is the patrol supervisor. It features a new graphics scheme, which is kind of familiar if you look at the photo below this one.

I saw it the other day in their lot, really did think it was Greenburgh PD stopping by. Why the change?
