Love the cooperation.  Just wondering how they coordinated the effort.  Anyone know how they communicated and coordinated?

Interesting picture and concept. Now would there have been any easy way to cross the border had the rig been needed on the Mexican side of the wall? Are there any special considerations with international mutual aid? I am sure that it is an issue all along the northern border. I remember hearing a few years ago of a truck from Canada being stopped when trying to respond into NY, but I do not remember the details.
