Yonkers PD Channel 3: Problems hearing it lately ???

Anybody else not hearing YPD channel 3 lately?

The real test will be tonight if they do their speed detail near me on Central Avenue, otherwise, it's not coming through lately on my BC785. Their other two channels are loud and clear though. Anybody else have this problem ???

Yes, I live in Yonkers. Only lately is channel 3 not coming in.

What do you mean about setting the low-mid high?

Channels 1 and 2 are coming in perfect.

If you hear CH1 and CH2,then you should hear CH3. It could be the West Harrison Link. Are you hearing 60 Control on it?. Also Ch3 is usually a slow channel for monitoring. Are you able to hear Greenburgh PD ok?

I pick up Putnam County on 453.925, but not Yonkers PD. What's up with this????

No problems with YPD channels 1 and 2.

We have had a crackle in the radio room and motorola (ESS) was there to look into it..let me know if it continues

Last night again I couldn't get channel 3 when two units switched over to it from the east side. No problems with Channels 1 and 2 though. What's up with channel 3 lately ??????

Don't know but I was hearing them quite clearly...especially on the 4th...I was ch2 for the entire night so I wasn't quite that busy but i was backing up both 1 and 3 and heard everything clearly...maybe it is a scanner problem...400 car was clear as day even though he was 400b...

Oswego define a crackle for me. Usally something I hear in my fireplace. Was your console on fire.
