21:02 Battalion 2 responding....reminding all units take caution multiple patches of black ice

21:04 Battalion 2 requesting to start out Rescue 1

21:06 WCPD Charlie 1 on scene reporting extremely icy conditions on the Bronx River Parkway, roadway being shut down in area

21:08 Ladder 75 on scene, one vehicle on it's side

21:11 Battalion 2 reporting 3+ Car MVA, minor injuries, Squad 11 cancelled, Rescue 1 to continue in.

21:12 WCPD Charlie 1 advising Headquarters to advise APOW Towing they will need numerous flatbeds

21:15 Empress EMS 304 requesting Yonkers PD MERV (Mass Evacuation Response Vehicle) for shelter due to weather conditions and number of people involved

21:28 Rescue 1 in service returning to quarters....requesting DPW be notified Yonkers Ave is a sheet of ice "everywhere"

21:37 Empress EMS 304 advising Empress Dispatch Tac 7 is enroute to Jacobi with an ankle injury, remaining units on scene all are handling multiple patients

21:50 Battalion 2 advising Engine 310, Ladder 75, and himself are holding on scene awaiting the removal of vehicles

22:24 SGT-1 advising FD is clearing the scene

22:25 Battalion 2 advising all units going back in service, County PD advising Bronx River Parkway Southbound will be shut down

23:49 SGT-1 advising total vehicle count for this incident is 14
