Description: Dispatched as MVA with multiple injuries, possibly involving a wrong way driver.

06:04hrs NYSP 3K21 on scene initially reporting 3 car MVA, head on collision

06:05hrs Car 2031 arriving, reporting call is in Katonah's district, dispatch Katonah FD as well

06:06hrs 45-M-2 reporting 1 patient DOA (single occupant of car that was struck by wrong way driver), 2 patients minor injuries (driver and passenger of car traveling wrong way), 3rd vehicle 2 involved not injured

06:12hrs Multiple PD and FD units being requested to shut down I-684 Southbound completly. Cars going around and disregarding police and fire vehicles and barricades.

06:15hrs I-684 SB south of Exit 6 will be closed completely for several hours for accident investigation

06:25hrs 65-B-3 enroute to Westchester Medical Center with 45-M-2 on board

06:35hrs Katonah retoning for manpower to staff Utility 8 for traffic control, 2211 requesting they load up on cones and flares

Notes: Bedford Hills initially dispatched, Car 2031 arrived and found it slightly in Katonah's district
