Description: Dispatched as a structure fire with child entrapped. Working fire on the top story of a 3 story wood frame dwelling. Two occupants entrapped, numerous screaming bystanders upon arrival of White Plains PD, PD Sergeant and officers and first due FD made rescue of two occupants.

UPDATE: A 3 year old child died in this fire after being rescued and transported to the hospital. Her grandfather, also rescued, is in critical condition.
