The initial dispatch was for an unknown type fire in the East dormitory by the loading dock. No other information was available at the time. IC arrived and reported heavy smoke on first and third floors. Building evacuation needed immiediately. Multiple reports of occupants trapped, initial search yielded one victim in the hallway and other reports added victims at windows unable to enter hallway.
