"A man, who people believe may have been on a hallucinatory drug, was impaled by the spike of a fence after trying to jump it outside of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department.

Surveillance video shows the man, identified as Sharnard Neely, jumping the tall metal fence that surrounds the department. In the process, his leg became impaled on one of the fence's spikes.
