Initial Summary:    Firefighter O'Neil complained of feeling ill while responding to a reported vehicle fire at 0100hrs. 

He dismissed the ill feeling as indigestion and returned home after the incident and returned to bed. 

Upon awakening, he advised his wife that he did not feel well and went into the bathroom. 

His wife found him unresponsive in the bathroom and called 911. 

Care was initiated and he was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead at 0752hrs.
