Briarcliff E94 with 2051 went to cover for Thornwood.

Very early on the IC was asking for White Plains foam unit and was told it was out of service. While I was not watching the clock, it seems like quite a bit of time passed from when the Yonkers foam unit was requested and it was actually dispatched although Yonkers seemed pretty busy this morning.
