Description: 2 subjects trapped in excavated 7 foot trench between soil and foundation of house secondary to collapse of soil. Subjects trapped 4-5 feet down up to their chests. Victims were attempting to repair a water leak involving the foundation at time of collapse. Both victims removed and transported to Westchester Medical Center.
