1101hrs-OC911 alerting Salisbury Mills; (1) Tanker to the scene AMA.

- OC911 receiving multiple calls.

1102hrs-OC911 advisng that PD is on scene with smoke showing.

1104hrs-Washingtonville Car-4 on scene, establishing Command with light smoke showing from the eaves of a 2 1/2 story residential dwelling.

1105hrs-OC911 alerting Woodbury; FAST requested M/A to Washingtonville.

1106hrs-Car-4 advising 1st due E574 to hook a hydrant and lay in, leave the driveway open for the truck. Car-4 advisng E574 to stretch a line and that they'll have to force entry.

1114hrs-36-15 requesting (1) Engine from Chester to re-locate to Washingtonville's Firehouse.

1124hrs-Command placing the fire under control, releasing Woodbury's FAST.
