Description: Heavy Fire in a P/D

1158hrs-Cornwall-on-Hudson dispatched for the reported structure fire.

1200hrs-Members on scene confirming a working structure fire.

- While en-route, Cornwall-on-Hudson Car-(?) requesting a 2nd Alarm.

1201hrs-OC911 re-sounding Cornwall-on-Hudson and alerting Cornwall and Vails Gate; Cornwall (1&1) to the scene, Vails Gate FAST to the scene.

1202hrs-Vails Gate Car-1 advising OC911 that Vails Gate units are operating at a major gas leak and will be a prolonged incident, unable to fill FAST request.

1203hrs-Command requesting a Chief, Engine and Ladder to the scene from the City of Newburgh.

- Newburgh Car-4, E1 and T1 responding.

1204hrs-OC911 alerting Washingtonville; FAST requested to the scene in Cornwall-on-Hudson.

1214hrs-New Windsor Car-3 advising E446 is assembling for the re-locate.

1215hrs-Command inquiring what mutual-aid Engine is responding. OC911 advising Cornwall is on the Box with (1) Engine and (1) Truck and both are on scene. Command requesting an additional Engine to the scene. OC911 advising they will have New Windsor upgrade their assignment and back-fill with an additional Engine.

1216hrs-New Windsor Car-3 and E446 responding.

1218hrs-Command advising that the bulk of the fire is knocked down.

- OC911 alerting Salisbury Mills; (1) Engine to re-locate Cornwall-on-Hudson Firehouse.

1225hrs-New Windsor E446 on scene.

1228hrs-OC911 advising Command that 36-103 (FI) is responding and 36-104 (FI) is on scene, West Point is standing-by with (1) Truck at Cornwall-on-Hudson's Firehouse and Salisbury Mills E560 is en-route for stand-by.

- OC911 conducting a status check. Command placing the fire under control, companies opening-up and starting overhaul.
