I think this should be a mandatory class, or at least a supplement to Basic FF. I'm seeing way too many agencies these day who operate on the insterstates so casually, like it's a one lane dirt road. I've had the oppurtunity to see it in Kansas City in 2002, and it was excellent. I learned many things, and was able to take that back to my dept and make some changes, one of which I think saved us recently.

For now, too brush up on your Highway operations skills, take a few minites to go through the Powerpoint presnentation on that site.
