1512hrs(approx)-OC911 alerting Winona Lake for the MVA with unknown injuries IAO the Newburgh Mall on Route 300.

1515hrs-OC911 advising that as per an off-duty Paramedic on scene, possible entrapment.

1516hrs-WLFD Car-3 on scene confirming (1) person pinned, requesting a Medevac on s/b. OC911 advising that a Medevac is already on stand-by.

1517hrs-R323 on scene and re-questing a re-sound for all available manpower.

- Command requesting a launch of the Medevac and Good-Will with (1) Engine to the scene to set-up the LZ in the Newburgh Mall parking lot.

1518hrs-OC911 alerting Good-Will; request (1) Engine to set-up an LZ for Winona Lake.

1522hrs-GWFD E311 en-route. OC911 advising a 04 minute ETA on Air2.
