New Windsor PD K-9 Officer Critically Injured In Off-Duty AA

For those of you who have not already heard, Officer Marty Mitchetti of the New Windsor Police Department has suffered a serious head injury during an off duty accident. Marty is a K-9 officer with NWPD. Last update as of 19:00 Marty is in WCMC on life support in critical condition. His family and friends are with him. Please remember Marty in your prayers. I will forward additional information as it becomes available.

It is with deep regrets that the Town of New Windsor Police Department announces the passing of Detective Marty J. Mitchetti Jr.

Detective Mitchetti passed away on June 07,2005 at approximately 2300 hours as a result of an off duty accident

Arrangements are as follows:

Viewing will take place at Coloni's Funeral Home 845-561-0238

3001 Rte 9W New Windsor NY 12553

Viewing Hours will be Friday June 10,2005 from 1400 hrs tto 1600 hrs and from 1900 hrs to 2100 hours

Funeral services will take place at Colloni's Funneral Home on Saturday June 11,2005 atr 1000hrs

Burial will be immediately following the service at Woodlawn Cemetary 93 Union Ave New Windsor Ny 12553
