1618hrs(approx)-OC911 alerting Monroe; reported structure fire, called states the rear of the house is on fire, 5 Cedar Rd.

1619hrs-OC911 alerting Woodbury; (1) Truck to the scene AMA.

1623hrs-2nd Alarm transmitted; Monroe being re-sounded, Woodbury's FAST requested to the scene.

- OC911 alerting Tuxedo and S. Blooming Grove; (1) Engine each to relocate.

1626hrs-OC911 alerting Washingtonville; (1) Truck to re-locate.

1628hrs-Woodbury's Truck and FAST responding.

1635hrs-OC911 conducting a status check.

- Command advising main body of fire is k/d, checking for extension, still heavy smoke condition in the house.

1650hrs-As per Woodbury Car-1, all Woodbury units returning.

1652hrs-Command placing the incident under control, units picking up.
