Chicago Commuter Train Derails Up An Escalator

Pretty unusual derailment. Seems like a scene out of a movie.

CHICAGO (AP) An eight-car Chicago commuter train plowed across a platform and scaled an escalator at the underground station of one of the nation's busiest airports early Monday, injuring 32 people on board, officials said.

Boy, howdy! That's the Chicago "L" Blue Line. I've ridden it numerous times. Where it stops (or is SUPPOSED to stop) inside O'Hare is generally crowded with people.

The first article I read on this said that only two people had sustained minor injuries. I guess 30 more suddenly realized that there's money to be made.
