You used to see "Thank an Officer in honor of Michael Frey" bumper stickers all over Westchester.

R.I.P Mike, you were my friend i still remember when dad would bring me by headquarters or when i would see you around town and you would yell from the car "hey small fry what are you doing". though i was young i remember it all and i wont ever forget you.
