I don't see what suing the city will do. The only way I see this guy getting hired is if he can get a judge to overturn the initial ruling that the 2007 exam was racially biased. And no offense to his man who served his country, but they offered him a spot in the academy and he declined, and yes I understand there was no other option, but he was still on the list and a judge, not the FDNY or the City, ruled the list invalid, so what is his claim against the City, that they should have ignored a court ruling to serve him?
