Oh No, another name change coming

EMSStar has merged with a Philadelphia based company, Keystone Quality Transport co. According to an article in the Philadelphia Inquirer March 4, 2014 this was done in response to a crackdown by the Feds to corruption in the commericial side of EMS in the Philly area. They (the Feds) are no longer registering new EMS agencies in the Philly area. The merger was done to make the new agency stronger and more competative.
