1710hrs-OC911 alerting Walden; possible structure fire, house filling with smoke, 61 Schofield St.

OC911 alerting Montgomery; (1) Truck to the scene AMA.

1712hrs-Command advising 2 story wood frame with smoke showing, requesting a 2nd Alarm.

1714hrs-OC911 alerting Coldenham; their FAST to the scene.

1719hrs-36-12 requesting the stand-by engine (Walkill) to the scene and Maybrook to backfill w/(1) engine.

1720hrs-36-12 with additional mutual-aid request; Coldenham's Rescue to the scene.

1722hrs-36-12 requesting (1) Engine from Bullville and (1) Truck from Pine Bush to re-locate Walden Station-1.

1724hrs-36-12 making the change in assignment for Bullville; now requesting their Engine to the scene.

1726hrs-OC911 alerting Orange Lake; (1) Engine to re-locate Walden Station-1.

1730hrs-OC911 conducting the all-call; (2) Fire Investigators needed to the scene.

1731hrs-Command advising multiple handlines in operation, ladder to the window, still active fire on the 1/2 corner.

1733hrs-OC911 advising Command that NYSEG is giving a 30-40 minute ETA.

1742hrs-OC911 conducting 30 minute status check. Command advising bulk of the fire is k/d, multiple handlines still in operations, ladder in operation, still heavy smoke.

1755hrs-OC911 conducting 40 minute status check. Command advising fire is k/d, overhaul in progress, still multiple handlines in operation, status checks can be discontinued.
